Dr. Darin Bateman, DMD, MS, ABGD
Dentist
Dr. Darin Bateman grew up in eastern Idaho. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science in 2010 from Brigham Young University and completed dental school at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts in 2014. He spent 8 years as a dentist in the United States Air Force completing both an AEGD-1 and AEGD-2 residency during that time (a total of 3 years of additional education). Dr. Bateman became a Board Certified General Dentist in 2021. Dr. Bateman and Dr. Reeves have worked diligently to transfer ownership of this practice while maintaining the high level of patient care and quality Dr. Reeves has provided our community for over twenty years.
Since becoming a dentist, Dr. Bateman has completed countless hours of continuing education. He has completed dozens of advanced training programs that include implant dentistry, sedation, periodontal treatment, oral surgery, patient safety, and more. Dr. Bateman is certified to provide nitrous oxide, Intravenous (IV) and oral conscious sedation.
Dr. Bateman loves getting to know his patients and learning about their various experiences, careers, and hobbies. In his own free time, he is often playing with his young children, reading, and catching up on sports teams.
Terri
Business Assistant
Terri has been with Eagle Mountain Family Dental since 2000 and likes to say she “came with the building.” She was born in Missouri, but got to Texas as soon as she could.
Terri regularly pursues continuing education and is trained in CPR.
When you arrive at our dental office Terri's is one of the first friendly faces you'll see, and she loves working with our patients. Terri will assist you with your insurance and financing needs and is always happy to answer your questions.
In her spare time, Terri enjoys time with her family and can usually be found crafting something.
Kathy
Dental Hygienist
Kathy worked as a registered dental assistant before earning her Associates degree from Amarillo College Dental Hygiene Program in 2007. She has worked as a registered dental hygienist for 17 years. Kathy enjoys helping her patients realize their smile goals and achieve their optimal oral health.
Kathy is a Texas girl, born in Dallas and raised in Amarillo. She has lived in the DFW area for 15 years. Kathy is a loyal Dallas Cowboys fan, loves shopping and Tex-Mex. In her spare time she is hanging out with family and her 3 dogs.
Tonya
Dental Hygienist
Tonya has been in the dental field for over 30 years! Her first 17 years were spent working as a registered dental assistant and in 2007 she graduated from Diablo Valley College Dental Hygiene Program in Pleasant Hill, California. She enjoys working closely with her patients so they can better understand the cause and effect of periodontal disease. Tonya is very much a people person and loves to make lasting relationships with her patients.
Tonya was born and raised in California, but calls Texas her forever home. She enjoys camping with her two dogs Gunner and Abby. But her main passion is football. She loves watching the NFL every Sunday. In her down time she likes to relax by playing Sudoku or putting together puzzles.
Felicia
Registered Dental Assistant
Felicia attended the Northern Maine Technical College University of Maine at Bangor and joined our dental team in 2016. Each day, Felicia enjoys looking forward to work and seeing our valued patients. The staff works together as a team and helps each other, which makes for an easygoing, relaxed atmosphere. Felicia says Dr. Reeves is an awesome dentist and his patients cannot say enough good things about him.
Felicia grew up in Azle and is passionate about her five dogs. When she’s not working, you can usually find her outside with her pups, taking them to Pet Smart for training classes and going to local dog parks. Felicia has a nine-year-old special needs dog who was born deaf and blind, and she is her seeing eye human! Besides her family of dogs, Felicia also has a bearded dragon, two cats, and two geese.
