All-porcelain crowns mimic natural enamel quite well. These crowns were placed because the patient had chipping, wear and did not like the diastemas (spaces).

This patient of Springtown had a history of sucking on lemons which chemically eroded and weakened his tooth structure. Emax all porcelain and Esthet-X direct bonding to the rescue.

These teeth were immediately restored with direct composite bonding to protect the teeth’s nerves and enable him to smile without jagged sharpness. Due to the nature of the trauma, these teeth may eventually require root canal therapy and will likely require all porcelain crowns.
