Full & Partial Dentures

Do you cringe at the thought of getting dentures? Do you worry that your dentures will look fake or hurt your mouth?

At Eagle Mountain Family Dental, we aim to change the way you think about dentures. Today’s dentures are lighter, more comfortable, and more realistic-looking than anything you may remember from the past.

If you would like to find out how full and partial dentures can improve your life, please call us at (817) 444-3890.

Types of Dentures We Offer

We can customize your treatment by choosing:

  • Full dentures that replace all upper or lower teeth
  • Partial dentures that fit in with existing teeth
  • Implant-supported full or partial dentures

Today, even if you only have a few remaining teeth in your upper or lower arch, we can customize your dentures to complete your smile.

  • Removable dentures sit on your gums and are held in place by natural suction
  • Hybrid dentures-sometimes referred to as All-on-4 are secured with dental implants. Dr. Bateman would recommend them if you’ve lost a lot of bone in your jaw and you don’t want a removable prosthetic.
  • Overdentures are also held in place with dental implants. We would recommend an overdenture if you have one or more remaining teeth.

Getting Started with Dentures

If you want to replace missing teeth with dentures, the first step is for you and Dr. Bateman to decide which type will work best for you. As we do with all procedures, we first listen to your concerns and answer your questions. Together we decide which approach lines up best with your needs. Then we can create customized dentures that fit all your needs, including your budget.

We Customize Dentures Just for Your Smile

Now that you understand the different types of dentures available and what they do, let’s talk about appearance. In the past, dentures had a reputation for looking fake and obvious. But those days are long gone, and today we work with you to completely customize your dentures, so they look natural.

Dr. Bateman wants you to have a smile that functions well, but he also wants you to feel great about the way you look. As part of the planning process, we work together to design every detail of your dentures. We can customize the shade of the gum-colored base and choose the size, shape, and even positioning of the teeth. The result is dentures that complement your smile and look as close to natural teeth as possible.
